Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stitch'd Studio!

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the item ordered. Handmade, made-to-order, and custom items may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing times listed on the product page take priority.

Once your order has been completed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We ship all orders through USPS.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–6 business days after your order has been shipped.

If you need your order sooner, you can choose one of the following shipping upgrades at checkout:

  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated 1–2 business days

Please note that these are shipping estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.

We do not ship on Sundays or on USPS-observed holidays.

Delivery Delays

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, Stitch'd Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Only USPS Priority Mail Express includes a delivery-time guarantee from USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Stitch'd Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS marks a package as delivered, Stitch'd Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
